In HEETS the tobacco is not burnt, but heated. HEETS releases a real tobacco taste that is different and less harsh, than what you are used to with a cigarette. To create HEETS stick and bring you a high quality tobacco taste experience we use the latest in design, materials and technology innovations. HEETS features a clever construction that consists of 5 parts, each with a very special function.
Tobacco in every HEETS stick is prepared using a processing method called ?cast leaf process? to optimize the tobacco for heating.
The tobacco leaves are ground into powder and reconstituted into tobacco sheets. These sheets are crimped and made into a tobacco plug which, combined with all the other parts, creates a HEETS stick
IQOS monitors the temperature and number of puffs of each HEETS stick to ensure an optimal balance between stick heating temperature and duration. As the HEETS taste is different, and less harsh than what you are used to with cigarettes, you may be inclined to puff more frequently. However longer and gentler puffs would extend the duration and increase taste satisfaction from your HEETS.

It takes years of experience to master the art of blending which consists of knowing individual tobacco profiles by heart and the synergies that can be achieved when combined to create the flavors that you love.
